Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MirrorMyst, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use this service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator.

2. Service Description

MirrorMyst is a community marketplace for World of Warcraft transmog items. The service allows you to:

• List and browse transmog items for sale (transactions occur in-game)
• Search and filter available transmog items
• Communicate with other players through messaging
• Create and manage wishlists
• Track your transactions and orders

3. User Accounts

To use MirrorMyst, you must authenticate via Battle.net OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate character and realm information
• Maintain security of your Battle.net account
• Notify us of any security breaches
• Take full responsibility for all account activity
• Be at least 13 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

4. Virtual Items and Transactions

Important: All items are VIRTUAL items within World of Warcraft. You acknowledge:

• Virtual items have NO real-world monetary value
• All transactions use in-game WoW gold only
• Real Money Trading (RMT) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
• All trades MUST comply with Blizzard Entertainment Terms of Service
• MirrorMyst is only a marketplace - trades occur in-game between players

5. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• List items you do not own or cannot deliver
• Engage in Real Money Trading (RMT)
• Spam, advertise external services, or flood the platform

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (listings, messages, etc.). However:

• You are solely responsible for your content
• You grant us a license to display and store your content
• You represent you have rights to post the content
• We may remove content that violates terms or is inappropriate

7. Intellectual Property

World of Warcraft, Blizzard Entertainment, and all related trademarks are property of Blizzard Entertainment. MirrorMyst is an independent fan project and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE":

• NO warranties of any kind, express or implied
• NO guarantee of availability, reliability, or accuracy
• Service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable
• Content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• NO guarantee of complete security
• You use this service entirely at your own risk

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: The operator shall NOT be liable for ANY damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising from: (a) Use or inability to use the service, (b) Unauthorized access to your data, (c) Statements or conduct of third parties, (d) Failed transactions or scams between users, (e) Any other matter relating to the service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

10. Dispute Resolution Between Users

For disputes between users:

• Contact support via filip@digihood.cz
• Attempt to resolve in good faith
• We may attempt to mediate (but are NOT required to)
• We do NOT guarantee resolution and are NOT liable for failed trades

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts:

• For violation of these Terms
• At our sole discretion without notice
• You may delete your account at any time via profile settings
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic (without regard to conflict of law provisions). Any disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated date will be displayed at the top.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
